The LGA responds to the progress review of its Corporate Peer Challenge.
Responding to a progress review of the LGA’s Corporate Peer Challenge team, LGA Chair, Cllr Shaun Davies, said:
“It is pleasing to see the peer team’s acknowledgement that progress has been made against each of the recommendations put to us following our Corporate Peer Challenge last December.
“We will continue our work to make the LGA the very best membership organisation it can be.
“Consideration is now being given to the very helpful suggestions from the peer team as we continue our journey.”

A progress review was recently completed following the Corporate Peer Challenge (CPC) of the LGA itself in December 2022. The methodology of the challenge and the progress review was the same as applies to councils.
