Joint circular no 137 – PSC pay spine
Dear colleague
The Police Staff Council has agreed to the deletion of pay point 7 (£22,101) on the PSC Pay Spine with effect from 1 April 2024. Some police forces may number this pay point differently, but the collective agreement is to delete this pay point whatever its local numbering.
Police forces are therefore asked to delete pay point 7, or its locally numbered equivalent, and to move any staff currently on this pay point to the new lowest pay point of the PSC pay spine which is pay point 8 - £22,230, or locally numbered equivalent.
