AMPlify

AMPlify provides a significant development opportunity for groups of staff who are currently under-represented within senior leadership levels. It is designed for staff from ethnically diverse backgrounds who have the ambition and potential to become future leaders within local government.

The unique interconnected three-strand design of the programme means that it also further welcomes applications from line managers and ‘advocates’ (chief executives and directors), who wish to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience to create an environment that fosters inclusivity and champion the potential of the talent they lead.
