This report forms part of the LGA's evaluation of sector-led improvement. It provides an overview of feedback on the impact of participating in the National Graduate Development Programme (ngdp) from graduates who comprised cohort 17 of the ngdp, which finished in the summer of 2017. The online survey was sent out in August 2018, one year after the graduates attended their final ‘wrap up’ event.
