Young Minds Yoga is a weekly exercise session giving young people the chance to relax and discuss problems with professionals, plus help reduce the impact and severity of mental health problems. Their parents or carers can also stay and chat to children and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) staff or each other providing peer-to-peer support.

Havering Council has developed an online portal to support two-way information sharing between providers and the council.

To improve the relationship between the council and external adult social care providers, Havering Council recognised a need to develop a two-way communications model between all providers and the council. The model would support a more equal relationship, focusing on the best possible outcomes for vulnerable residents. This forms part of our adult social care markets and commissioning resource.

Following a change in organisational structure and political leadership, the council commissioned a corporate peer challenge from the LGA which was completed in November 2015.

With an ambitious transformation plan, a refreshed set of corporate values and a desire to move away from messages about financial cuts, Oxfordshire County Council needed to evolve its corporate narrative to reflect its new direction.
