Birmingham's Climate Change Adaptation Partnership is putting health inequalities at the heart of its strategy. It's offering a range of tools and approaches to identify which communities will need most help to adapt to the effects of climate change.

The Cleveland region has formed a robust response to modern slavery through the creation of its Anti-Slavery network in 2018, which has seen key partners collaborate on actions to prevent, identify, and ultimately end human trafficking and modern slavery.

The Griffin regeneration area in Blackburn is benefiting from £670,000 from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) Land Release Fund, which is managed by the One Public Estate (OPE) programme, to carry out new highways access and land remediation work which will accelerate the release of land for 140 new family homes and help regenerate the local area.
