Enabling small local authorities to draw on a larger authority’s skills in supporting communities through an income generating service

This toolkit developed in 2016 helped Peterborough City Council to achieve benefits and cost savings through collaborative working by expanding their Neighbourhood Planning support and services to surrounding local authorities in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire as a chargeable service.
