The four West of England authorities (Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset) and the West of England Local Enterprise Partnership have jointly published a planning toolkit to promote a more positive and consistent approach to handling large scale and complex development proposals.
The Toolkit will support the changing culture within Councils to be more positive and business like, whilst also encouraging developers to engage with local communities earlier and more effectively, to improve the quality of developments.
