In January 2016, PAS held a round table event to discuss, with DCLG, covering planning reforms, including starter homes, alternative providers and S106s (affordable housing restriction and dispute resolution).
The point was to help officials at DCLG understand sector concerns and some of the practicalities around implementing the measures, and for you to understand the proposals. The sessions were intended to be practical and informative for both you and DCLG. They were not to debate the rights and wrongs of the policies.
