The co-location of health and leisure services in Carlisle and roll out of an integrated service across the county.

The Brent Partnership brings together four partners, with the aim of delivering private and affordable housing, sharing teaching space, and improving hospital and university services and facilities.

Theme: Housing (in OPE), Health and social care (in OPE), Defence The challenge The North Street Quarter (NSQ) will be a vibrant, mixed-use neighbourhood which will regenerate the area around North Street and the former Phoenix industrial estate in Lewes, East Sussex and will reconnect the area to the heart of the town.

In 2017/18 the partnership received £30,000 of OPE funding to accelerate the co-location of EMAS into Louth Fire Station. This move has released three sites, generating savings that have kick-started the wider blue lights programme of work across the OPE partnership.

The sale of Burgoyne Road releases land for new housing units and creation of a community facility for residents.
